We are seeking a Principal to join our Philadelphia office and take on a key leadership role. This position is responsible for building strong executive-level relationships, guiding successful project delivery, supporting business growth, expanding client accounts, and contributing to the broader strategic direction of the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain relationships with client leaders, gaining deep understanding of their challenges to design solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • Strengthen the Philadelphia office culture through recruiting efforts, community involvement, and internal engagement activities.
  • Guide solution development at the intersection of business and technology, with emphasis on cloud enablement (AWS, Azure), AI/ML applications, and data analytics.
  • Collaborate with highly capable, collaborative colleagues while advancing your career with clear expectations, executive mentorship, and defined growth opportunities.
  • Oversee account planning efforts, identifying follow-on work and new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Contribute to proposal development and help articulate strong value propositions in business development efforts.
  • Lead project teams across all phases-from strategy and design through execution and quality assurance.
  • Build a strong professional network and play an active role in hiring and attracting new talent.
  • Mentor and coach team members, support professional development plans, write performance reviews, and advocate for advancement opportunities.
  • Work within a flexible hybrid environment designed to support collaboration and autonomy.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of experience in technical or management consulting, including architecture of enterprise and application solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in cloud technologies and AI-driven solutions.

  • Proven ability to manage complex technology initiatives and multi-faceted client engagements.
