Summary:
The Manager, BHMA Operations is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the day to day operations of the physician practices while also ensuring the business initiatives of the Ballad Health Medical Associates clinics. With the BHMA and facility executive management team, the Manager works to support the strategic plans, identify opportunities, and provide developmental training and support to the clinics.
The Manager is responsible for supervision of the Operations Analyst. This individual will also be the business owner for Crimson Medical Group Advantage tool. The Manager will utilize Crimson to identify opportunities for improvement within the clinics. Individual will work with COO, AVPs of Operations, and facility leadership to develop plans of action for identified areas of opportunity. This individual will provide support to COO for special projects and with operating budget assumptions. The Manager will determine financial viability of identified opportunities. He/She will work with operations team to standardize processes and spread best practices where applicable. Individual will coordinate and manage data/project requests from AVPs and facility leadership; while also evaluating progress and success of projects. This individual will provide support to all areas of operation throughout BHMA. They will facilitate ongoing meetings with leadership to discuss current efforts and new areas of opportunity. The Manager will work closely with AVPs and Practice Administrators to strive to meet strategic initiatives. This individual will maintain close relationships with the finance team to ensure there are accurate and meaningful metrics for project tracking.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or other related field is required, Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or similar field preferred. Four years of relevant experience is required. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential to this position.
