Child Care Information Specialist (Bi-Lingual)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the community? We are looking for a Bi-Lingual Child Care Information Specialist to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to support families in need of childcare financial assistance and provide them with the tools to succeed.

- Assess family eligibility for childcare financial assistance/subsidy programs
- Provide accurate information on local childcare programs and providers
- Enter data accurately into various online systems, ensuring data integrity
- Bi-lingual Required (Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole) plus English
- At least 1 year experience in: Health and Human Services or Call Center experience
- Experience with childcare subsidy programs or service referrals is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to get to Framingham, MA for a hybrid work set-up
