Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager with a strong background in information technology and information assurance. The ideal candidate will oversee complex IT programs, manage technical teams, and serve as the primary interface with customers to ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and coordinate a team of IT professionals to deliver on all program objectives and milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison with customers, ensuring alignment of program deliverables with client requirements.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure compliance with scope, cost, and timelines.
• Ensure all program activities align with information assurance standards, policies, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, reports, and risk management plans.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence across the team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities for growth and process improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications Systems Management, or a related STEM discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Alternatively, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Ten (10) years of experience managing teams within the field of Information Technology, including direct responsibility as the overall Program Manager and primary customer interface.
• Five (5) years of experience specifically related to Information Assurance (IA) or cybersecurity program management.

• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary IT projects for government or enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
