We're hiring a high-output Appointment Setter to generate qualified sales conversations for our closers inside a fast-growing, high-ticket real estate coaching company.
Your job is simple to understand, but not easy to execute:

Responsibilities
THE MISSION
Your role directly supports a single outcome:
Generate $84,000+ in new monthly revenue by booking high-quality sales calls for our closers.
This happens by:
• Engaging new inbound and outbound leads
• Re-engaging leads who didn't close previously
• Maintaining a high show rate and a clean CRM
• Executing daily with consistency and urgency
OUTCOMES & KPIs
You will be held accountable for results, not just effort.
Monthly Targets
• Generate ~60 booked sales calls
• Maintain a 70%+ show rate
• Contribute to 12+ closed deals/month
Daily Expectations
• Execute outbound and inbound outreach consistently
• Attend daily team huddles (Mon-Fri, 12:00 pm PST)
• Submit end-of-day reports
• Keep CRM, projections, and tracking sheets fully updated
If revenue KPIs are not met, activity-based KPIs (dials, messages, follow-ups) will be enforced, even if that requires additional hours.
Qualifications
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

Experience
• High-ticket or setter experience: preferred, not required
• Real estate knowledge: not required (we train you)
Some of our best setters started with zero prior experience.
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF

SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY
• Full-time (40 hrs/week), with flexibility
• At least 2 Saturdays/month required
• (Saturday is swapped for a weekday off)
• Must be responsive on Slack 8 am-6 pm PST
• Remote position - work from anywhere
