You will maintain benchmark levels of safety, efficiency, quality, productivity, continuous improvement within the building and throughout the supply chain, as well as the hiring and development of management and hourly teams. You will work support the team on nights, Monday - Friday./ppThis role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN daily. Relocation assistance is available for this role./ppBuild the initial teams, establishing procedures, metrics and processes/ppLead a team of Area Managers and hourly associates/ppDevelop and administer operational procedures for perfectly completing activities for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and keeping the highest standards of inventory accuracy/ppGuide strategic planning and forecasting/ppDevelop teammates for career progression and learning/ppImprove safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities within the warehouse/ppUse the site Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve perfect order fulfillment and provide operational insights to improve WMS effectiveness/pp4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations; prefer retail/e-commerce and apparel experience./ppExperience developing and managing 30+ employees./ppAt least 3 years of management experience in Receiving, Inventory Control, or Order Fulfillment./ppExperience using Kaizens or process improvement/ppB.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent additional experience/ppOur Total Rewards package includes benefits youll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
