divh2Remote Customer Service Representative - Ken Garff Listening Center/h2pThe Ken Garff Listening Center is a contact center that is currently looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives!/ppGreat work schedule!/ppThe Listening Center is open from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Saturdays, and closed Sundays. Mountain Time. Training class will start February 23rd, 2026./ppNetwork Requirements:/pulliEthernet connection only (must be hard-wired to router or wall port)/liliMinimum speeds: 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload/liliMaximum ping: 40 ms or lower/li/ulpEquipment Requirements:/pulliMust provide your own equipment/liliMinimum of 2 monitors (dual-monitor setup required)/liliWebcam (built-in or external)/liliSmartphone/liliHeadset with microphone/liliKeyboard and mouse/liliA computer, either a desktop (PC Windows) or a laptop with a working webcam/liliProcessor: 1 GHz or faster with 2 or more cores (e.g., Intel i5 2430M @ 2.40GHz or equivalent)/liliRAM: 16 GB minimum/liliStorage: 64 GB or more/liliSystem Firmware: UEFI with Secure Boot enabled/liliTPM: Version 2.0/liliGraphics: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver/liliOperating System: Windows 11 required. Apple/Mac devices are not supported/liliPreferred desktop computer (PC Windows) with at least 8GB of RAM and a monitor with a working webcam/liliLaptop computer (PC Windows) with a working webcam is acceptable if a desktop computer is not available. Must have 8GB of RAM minimum/li/ulpHeres what youll be doing:/pulliAnswer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally./liliDetermine the customers concerns and schedule the necessary appointment./liliCommunicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard./liliDocument and update customer records./liliEstablish and maintain great customer relationships./liliBe a team player and uphold Ken Garffs standards of professionalism and integrity./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliPositive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented./liliMust provide your own equipment/liliProficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and able to type 40 + wpm/liliThe ability to help solve customer problems/liliExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.
