Essential Job Functions:

• Provide exceptional and friendly customer service to align with our mission to 'Run the Best Store in Town!'
• Promote a positive workplace atmosphere by fostering teamwork and flexibility.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by greeting them warmly and delivering prompt service.
• Ensure all self-service products are properly packaged with accurate weights and ingredient information.
• Follow the company's Food Safety program without exception.
• Assist in restocking products while ensuring proper rotation.
• Help maintain proper organization in the cooler and monitor product rotation.
• Perform light cutting tasks as needed to meet customer demands.
• Support the receiving and ordering processes for all processed meats.
• Ensure accurate pricing for all processed meat items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all display cases.
• Regularly check code dates on all products in display cases to ensure quality.
• Confirm that all packaged products for self-service meet packaging and weight regulations.
• Keep your workstation clean and organized.
• Ensure the department is sanitized and cleaned at least twice daily.
• Commit to attending scheduled shifts and follow company attendance policies.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to meet the physical, mental, and visual demands of the role.
• Capability to follow verbal and written instructions, perform routine tasks, and interact with a diverse range of individuals.
• Reliability in attending on-site work during scheduled shifts and adherence to attendance policies.
