Join Our Team as a CNC Operator - Blue Water AreaPay Rate: $18-$24 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, with overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce quality parts
• Load and unload parts and tooling as required
• Make basic machine offsets and adjustments
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Accurately record production counts, scrap, and time
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and job travelers
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• Previous CNC operating experience (setup experience a plus)
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
