Significance, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position and requires an active Secret Clearance. This program supports the United States Marine Corp's community services program support. This task area provides support for the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution, and Assessment (PPBEA)Reform efforts for the Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Program, now managed by the MCCS Installations Advisory Group (IAG). The primary goal is to capture the total cost of ownership of MCCS programs, identify funding shortfalls, and assess the risks of underfunding. Given that a significant portion of MCCS personnel and funding execution falls under MCICOM, the reforms aim to protect the interests of Installation and Regional Commanders and the Commander of MCICOM. Key responsibilities include supporting all phases of the PPBEA lifecycle-from planning and programming to execution and assessment-by developing and maintaining data-driven processes, facilitating stakeholder coordination, producing detailed reports, and planning events that support governance and decision-making.
