Risk Control Coordinator

Description:

Provides administrative support for the Risk Control Department. Assist with workshop preparation including copying, packet assembly and badges, creating and updating reports, data entry, and direct member support. Assist the Risk Control Department in database management, preparing various reports, and analysis.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) with at least three (3) years in Administrative Assistance and Microsoft Office products with proficiency in Access, Excel, Word & PowerPoint

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Workshop preparation including copying, packet assembly, badges, and shipping.
  • Create and update accurate Access reports.
  • Maintain historical risk control benchmarks & client report cards.
  • Maintain Risk Control related member portal items.
  • Customer Support - Interact with service partners, members, and other internal and external contacts in person, via the phone, or via email.
  • Assist with monthly webinars.
  • Prepare and issue routine correspondence.
  • Approve service partner billing.
  • Data collection from members and service partners.
  • Assist in meeting preparations.
  • Assists on special projects.
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

PRIORITIES: Workshop preparation, member and team support, data entry and management.
