Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Computer Vision/ Machine Learning Engineer to join their team! This position is located in Orlando, Florida.
Duties:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable decision science pipelines and tools that support AI/ML, optimization, statistical, and simulation models, enabling other data scientists to deploy and monitor models efficiently
Build configurable, modular, and reusable solutions that streamline development and operationalization of AI/ML systems
Develop new tools and capabilities to deploy, host, and serve decision science models at scale with high availability, performance, and reliability
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, presenting designs and advocating adoption of reusable AI/ML components
Drive innovation and experimentation while maintaining high standards for code quality, system design, and documentation
Interpret system requirements and architectural documents, adapting designs to deliver effective, cutting-edge solutions
Troubleshoot complex CI/CD, integration, and system issues, ensuring smooth model deployment and operational stability
Follow engineering best practices and operational standards to ensure maintainable, high-quality, and reliable code
Contribute to the broader technical community through knowledge sharing, presentations, and cross-team collaboration initiatives
Desired Skills/Experience:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
4+ years of experience in AI/ML, Python development, and decision science engineering
Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like Scikit-learn, Pandas, SciPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch
Experience with AI/ML models, including LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, deep learning, and neural networks
Familiarity with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and scalable system design
Knowledge of databases and distributed computing and Knowledge Graphs
Experience with modern development tools, CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms (AWS), Agile, and MLOps/DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization
Experience developing Streamlit or RShiny applications is a plus

The approximate pay range for this position is between $56.00 and $80.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
