Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team! This position is remote.

Duties:

  • Serve as the liaison between business units, technology, and support teams to ensure alignment on goals and requirements
  • Partner with business stakeholders and clients to define and document business and technical requirements for new features and functions
  • Collaborate with scrum teams and subject matter experts to establish technical vision, balance usability and performance, and refine business logic
  • Analyze and document business processes, system workflows, and functional requirements to design optimal solutions
  • Gather, define, and prioritize requirements for new features, enhancements, and integrations across departments
  • Develop detailed user stories and maintain prioritized product backlogs for one or more scrum teams
  • Lead and participate in release and sprint planning, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps
  • Define clear acceptance criteria, oversee acceptance testing, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results
  • Provide guidance, make timely decisions on issues, and assist with defect triage and escalated customer support matters
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining effective communication and stakeholder engagement
Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
  • 3+ years of experience participating in successful scrum projects
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, including Order to Cash, Inventory Management, and Accounting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiating and technical skills
  • Understanding of various payment mechanisms
  • Strong analytical and product management skills, including ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into features, stories, and functional requirements
  • Ability to drive scrum estimating techniques to develop project estimates with the input of project teams
  • Leadership and organizational skills required to drive projects to successful completion and resolve issues as necessary
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers and subject matter experts
  • Strong presentation skills

The approximate pay range for this position is between $17.57 and $25.10. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
