A leading global investment and advisory firm is seeking an Experienced Business Analyst to join its Data Architecture & Modeling team in New York. This role will partner with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineers to translate complex workflows into actionable data requirements and help drive enterprise data modeling, governance, and reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and data needs.
• Coordinate project execution, track deliverables, and maintain data catalogs and glossaries.
• Query and validate datasets in SQL and Databricks to ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate effectively between business and technical teams, providing clear documentation and updates.
• Support issue resolution and ensure data outputs meet business expectations.

• 4-6 years' experience as a Business Analyst or BA/PM in financial services, consulting, or data-focused roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Solid understanding of data concepts, governance, and business rules.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, DealCloud) preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
