Job Title: Aluminum Packer
Location: Bristol, TN
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12-Hour Shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Night Shift 6PM - 6AM
Shift Differential: $1.50 for Night Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable Aluminum Packers to join our team in Bristol, TN. This is a full-time position that involves working 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a $1.50 shift differential for night shifts. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare aluminum products for shipment or further processing.
• Inspect aluminum materials for defects or imperfections before packing.
• Handle materials with care to avoid damage and ensure product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Ensure timely and accurate packing of products.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times.
• Assist with general plant duties as needed.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to follow safety guidelines and company policies.
