Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver exceptional and friendly customer service at all times to align with our mission to 'Run the Best Store in Town!'
• Foster a positive atmosphere in the workplace by promoting flexibility and teamwork.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by greeting them warmly and providing prompt and efficient service.
• Ensure that self-service products are properly packaged with accurate weights and ingredient information.
• Adhere to the company's Food Safety program at all times.
• Assist in restocking products and ensuring proper rotation.
• Help organize and maintain the cooler's arrangement and product rotation.
• Help with light cutting tasks as needed.
• Assist in the receiving and ordering processes for all processed meats.
• Keep pricing accurate for all processed meat items.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness in all display cases.
• Regularly check and ensure good code dates on all products in display cases.
• Verify that all packaged products for self-service meet proper packaging and weight regulations.
• Keep your workstation and surrounding area clean and organized.
• Ensure the department is sanitized and cleaned at least two times a day.
• Commit to attending scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies regarding time and attendance.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to meet the physical, mental, and visual demands of the position.
• Capability to follow verbal and written instructions, perform routine tasks, and interact with a diverse range of individuals daily.
• Reliability in attending on-site work during shifts and adhering to attendance policies.
