We are seeking a high-performing Client Account Executive to lead important HCLS accounts. Reporting to the Global Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences at Star, this strategic role combines client-facing account leadership with the opportunity to help shape the future of our adtech practice and our account management team.
In this role, you will build and foster enduring client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor who understands the client's specific business goals and challenges. You'll craft comprehensive account plans that map a course for long-term success and growth, fostering a strong partnership with the client. You'll play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, collaborating with the sales team to develop winning proposals and closing deals. You'll proactively identify new service offerings and solutions to drive revenue growth while also monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track client satisfaction, project profitability, and revenue generation. To stay ahead of the curve, you'll keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and key client developments, translating those insights into strategic recommendations.
Beyond account leadership, you'll contribute to the overall development of our account management function for Star.
