Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst

• Experience in Salesforce and Oracle (nice to have) CPQ implementations.
• Strong understanding of configure, pricing and quoting business processes.
• Deep knowledge of pricing optimization processes and systems.
• Thorough knowledge of industry best practices for CPQ system implementations.
• Ability to assess current systems, tools and business processes used for CPQ functions and recommend improvements.
• Gather and translate business needs into technical requirements for Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems.
• Defining user stories, creating functional specifications, configuring workflows, and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both business and technical teams.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining various project documents, such as business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement documents (FRDs).
