work hours: 10 AM - 7 PM

Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls (50-100 calls per day)
- Make outbound calls for product support and customer education
- Guide customers through Corporate Client Intranets, policies and procedures
- Educate clients on product and program enhancements
- Maintain client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain and track communication with clients
- Log call notes in Salesforce
- Create JIRA tickets
- Facilitate information flow to all relevant parties
- Research previous and current account activity to resolve issues or answer questions
- Enter issues for Development to further investigate
- Close case and follow up with customer on resolution
- Must be available for overtime hours as needed based on volume
