divh2Assembler Position with John Deere/h2pSpherion is hiring assemblers immediately in partnership with John Deere in Greeneville, TN. John Deere is in agricultural parts manufacturing with training, raises, overtime, and benefits. As a new hire, you will work for Spherion Staffing with the opportunity to become a full-time John Deere team member. Entry-level candidates new to manufacturing are encouraged to apply./ppShifts Available:/polli1st Shift - 8-9 Hour Shifts (Starts between 6:00AM and 6:30AM) 1st Shift base pay = $18 per hour. After the two-week training period, a weekly production bonus is added, making the average $20.50 per hour./lili2nd Shift - 8-9 Hour Shifts (Starts between 3:00PM and 4:00PM) 2nd Shift base pay = $19 per hour. After the two-week training period, a weekly production bonus is added, making the average $21.75 per hour./li/olpAdditional mandatory overtime may be required.
