This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a daily impact on the lives of our residents while guiding and inspiring your team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the dietary department, ensuring meals are nutritious, appealing, and meet residents' needs.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate dietary staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Oversee food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices.

Requirements:
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential required.
• Previous leadership experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
