divh2Store Leader/h2pThe Store Leader is held accountable for wowing our guests with a positive experience by providing fast, safe, efficient and friendly customer service; the Store Manager is responsible for the overall compliance of all company standards and to maximize sales by achieving sales and labor goals. Starting at = base of $46,800 + eligible for BONUS/ppEssential Duties / Job Responsibilities:/pulliUphold Weigels Core Values Including: Positively Impact Lives, Value and Celebrate Others, Do the Right Thing, Earn and Build Trust, Lead with Passion, Serve with Purpose/liliResponsible for training, developing and directing the team members; maintaining sales records; controlling the flow and distribution of merchandise and supplies; and providing for the safety and security of the team members./liliAssists in achieving sales and labor goals in an effort to maximize sales./liliProficient in both opening and closing store procedures, daily banking, cash handling and loss prevention procedures; responsible for balancing, verifying, and maintaining store funds and keeping cash tills low. Auditing daily paperwork./liliComplying with all guest service and merchandising procedures; effectively using reorder guides to maintain proper stock levels and ensure accurate and timely ordering of products./liliMaintain a valid drivers license and reliable transportation in order to complete store banking procedures as needed./liliReflecting Weigels image by interacting in a professional manner with guests, associates, peers, vendors and home office personnel. Maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere; motivating staff./liliReceiving and processing deliveries in accordance with company standards and safeguards./liliEnsures that all safety standards are being met./liliResponsible and accountable for the facility as pertaining to its overall physical image, maintenance, equipment, inventory and cash and cash equivalencies./liliPerforming related duties as assigned by supervisor/liliMaintaining regular and predictable attendance. Following all schedules and personnel scheduling policies / procedures./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliAbility to work with guests; properly respond to inquiries or complaints; communicate complaints, requests, operational issues, etc. in a professional, effective and timely manner./liliAbility to work with other store associates as a team./liliBasic computer skills ability to utilize Microsoft windows environment to perform clock in and out procedures and company paperwork./liliExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and write English; solve practical problems; basic math skills. Follow written verbal instructions; able to make change accurately./liliStrong organizational and time management skills; ability to stay focused; professional phone etiquette./liliMust be able to work a varied schedule of days, nights, weekends and holidays/liliPREFERRED Prior retail experience./liliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliMust be able to pass a background screen and drug test/li/ul/div
