CSR employees are expected to work as a value member of the office and warehouse operations team. As a CSR employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of customer service, managing our warehouse inventory and learn how to us customer/warehouse management systems.

The below qualities make you a good candidate for these positions:

• Responsible for inventory reconciliation
• Must be able to learn how to schedule customer orders.
• Knowledge of work processing tools and spreadsheet (MS Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Great attention to detail/strong organizational skills
• Must be able to use customer and warehouse management system.
• Must be able to handle fast-paced environments
• Assist other areas/customers when needed.
• HSD or Equivalent required
