Department Overview

The Services Offer Management team, part of Motorola's Global Services segment, is responsible for the strategy, creation, and maintenance of Managed, Support & Professional services offerings across portfolios. This role focuses on the Video Security and Access Control segment of Motorola Solutions.

Job Description

The Services Product Manager will develop and execute strategies to grow the value of services offered by Motorola Solutions. The candidate should have a strong background in product management and marketing and proven experience driving revenue growth through pricing strategy, packaging, promotions, and other tactics. Excellent communication skills are required to communicate across all levels of the organization and to customers. The role thrives in a fast-paced environment, with high energy, initiative, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the value of services sold in the Americas region
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Analyze data on service usage and trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Manage relationships with key partners and vendors related to services offerings
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to services revenue and profitability
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on the state of the services business
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or higher in business or a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science; MBA is preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Services relevant work experience, preferably in product management or marketing within a technology or telecommunications industry
  • Proven track record of launching new products or services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly at all organizational levels
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Salary and Benefits

Target Base Salary Range: $145,000 - $155,000

Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
