Job Description:

Summary:
The Courier Dispatcher will take calls/notifications from Clients, in a fast paced environment, for pickups in which the Dispatcher will then coordinate pickups with a Courier. The Dispatcher will use systems utilizing GPS and Courier Route information, along with other manual records and logs, to make appropriate, and timely, dispatch decisions. Dispatcher will assist in Courier training and serve as a Courier backup, if needed, and will be responsible for preparing reports to Supervisor and for maintaining dispatch logs and records. The Dispatcher will assist Courier Operations Supervisor and Logistics Manager in other areas, as requested.

Requirements:
High school. Minimum two years relevant experience required.
