Description

Responsibilities:

• Maintain refrigeration systems including multi-compressor rack systems and single-condensing systems.
• Diagnose refrigeration issues in supermarkets, convenience stores, and cold storage facilities.
• Collaborate and support other technicians in the field.
• Attend training in the areas of customer service, time management, technical skills, and best practices.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain quality standards.
• Lead by example and inspire coworkers to take pride in their work.
• Complete service tickets and communicate with store personnel.
• To manage inventory of parts and supplies.

Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

• Preferred 2-5 years of Commercial Refrigeration experience.
• Vocational technical training is a plus.
• High School Diploma or greater.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to service and install.
• Must have a skillset in commercial refrigeration products, installation, and mechanical application.
• Understanding of refrigeration systems
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic are a must.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and electronically.
• EPA certification required.
