Project Coordinator - Healthcare Research Accelerator Remote

About the Role

Located in the Health Research Accelerator (HRA) department within the Providence Research Network, the Project Coordinator works with HRA project teams to support recruitment, outreach, and enrollment efforts, data abstraction and entry, administrative support, and document management for project activities and staff. Candidates residing in Washington or Oregon are encouraged to apply.

Essential Functions

• Provide backup in agendas and minutes for meetings, coordinate routing, management, and retention of research-related documents in the absence of the Senior Project Coordinator.
• Provide input in study design, especially when specific to coordinator roles/responsibilities.
• Build and maintain data tools in support of research studies with the support of the Senior Project Coordinator.
• Develop recruitment job aids and workflows with the support of the Senior Project Coordinator.
• Provide high-quality customer service to study participants and stakeholders.
• Test and validate new project tools or workflows using associated job aids, and occasionally develop job aids.
• Identify and communicate problems to the Senior Project Coordinator/Project Manager.
• Complete assigned tasks on time and with quality.
• Takes on stretch projects and tasks as learning and personal development opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or 4 years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years related work experience.
• Prior experience using REDCap.

• Oregon, Portland Service Area: $26.79 $40.99
• Washington, Western Except Tukwila: $27.92 $42.73
• Washington, Southwest Olympia, Centralia & Below: $26.79 $40.99
• Washington, Tukwila: $27.92 $42.73
• Washington, Eastern: $23.84 $36.48
• Washington, South Eastern: $24.97 $38.21
