What You'll Do as a Skilled Maintenance Technician:

• Responsible for keeping all manufacturing equipment in peak operating condition by performing comprehensive maintenance, providing technical support, and contributing to efficiency improvements.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support to ensure equipment availability (minimal downtime).
• Install three-phase electric motors and perform low-voltage industrial electrical installations.
• Manage inventory of critical spare parts and record maintenance findings.
• Comply with good manufacturing practices and safety regulations.

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• Proven Industrial maintenance experience is essential.
• Electrical or Electromechanical experience is required
• Ability to install three-phase electric motors and starters.
• Proficient with mechanical equipment installation (speed reducers, sprockets, chains, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics and welding processes.
• Experience using manual and workshop tools.
• Ability to stand, walk, and repeatedly carry up to 50 lbs.
