What's The Opportunity?
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately. You will help maintain an organized and safe work environment while supporting day-to-day warehouse functions that drive the overall success of our operations.
What Will You Do?
Essential Functions

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, checking for damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for delivery or customer collection.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift).
- Ensure all stock is stored safely and in the correct designated locations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock checks to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Report issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track goods and update inventory records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Work Environment This role operates in a warehouse setting, which may require working in varying temperatures (hot in summer and cold in winter). The position routinely uses warehouse tools and equipment, as well as standard office equipment such as computers and phones as needed.
Physical Demands - Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials (up to 100 lbs or more).
What You Bring To The Table? Required Education and Experience - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
