Are you seeking an energetic part-time position that offers you the flexibility to earn additional income? We are currently looking for Part-Time Trash Collection Associates (Service Valets) to ensure our apartment communities remain clean and inviting.

Your Responsibilities:

• Efficiently collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor. No heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping will be required.
• Utilize our user-friendly mobile app on your smartphone to record service details, including your arrival and departure, tracking activities, and capturing non-compliance photos.
• This role is hands-on and physically engaging, requiring walking around the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

What We Ask From You:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• If you have a personal pick-up truck or vehicle with a trailer, that is preferred.
• For those driving (with a pickup truck or trailer), a valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to walk substantial distances and climb stairs multiple times throughout a shift.
• Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste.
• Aptitude to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
