Customer Service Lot Associate

Join our team as a Customer Service Lot Associate, where your primary goal is to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will assist customers with loading their vehicles and ensure the entrance of the store is welcoming and well-maintained. You will also be responsible for managing the availability of shopping carts to ensure convenience for all shoppers.

Your interactions will be a crucial part of our customers' experience, and exceptional customer service skills are required to succeed in this position. You will frequently work alongside other Home Depot associates and engage with customers directly.

This position is essential for creating a positive environment as you will be one of the first and last team members that customers encounter when they visit our store.
