Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday | 11 PM - 7 AM

What Gets You Hired
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to read and understand print specification documents and follow written instructions
- Proficient in computer skills and data entry
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Machine operator experience a plus
- Good with mechanics, tools, and troubleshooting
- Attention to detail, steady under pressure
- Able to lift heavy and power through the day
- Dependable, safe, and team-focused

What You'll Be Doing
- Handle and maintain inks during production runs and on-the-job changes
- Learn the chemistry of inks and how they are applied in the printing process
- Load and unload rolls on the unwind and rewind machines
- Record and perform measurements as needed
- Interpret and follow Production Work Instructions and Control Folders
- Understand viscosity and pH levels
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
