Position Summary

Were seeking a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined Assembly Technician to join our aerospace production team. In this role, youll be assembling, testing, and inspecting complex components to exact specifications, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of aerospace components using hand tools, torque wrenches, and precision instruments.
• Follow detailed blueprints, work instructions, and schematics.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical assembly experiencepreferably in aerospace or precision manufacturingpreferred but not required.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
