Job Title: Warehouse Laborer

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Laborer supports daily loading, unloading, and material-handling operations to ensure efficient warehouse flow. This role involves lifting, carrying, moving, and palletizing boxes, assisting team members on trailers, and transporting materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable performing fast-paced, physically demanding work.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload boxes from trucks and trailers
• Hand boxes up to a team member standing on the semi trailer
• Carry boxes down staircases to designated palletizing areas
• Use a hand truck to move boxes approximately 200 feet to the loading dock
• Wrap and palletize materials according to instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and lifting procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move 35-50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to safely lift and pass boxes overhead or to another person on a semi
• Ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods
• Ability to maneuver hand trucks with loaded boxes over short distances

Ideal Candidates

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction
• Comfortable with fast-paced manual labor
• Prior warehouse or loading experience a plus, but not required
