The Insulbar Associate is focused on operating equipment and reports to the Thermal Manager. This role is perfect for an individual who has attention to detail. A vital member of the Insulbar Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Perform and document quality checks during the Insulbar process, report issues to Tech or Lead
  • Assist tech in locating and moving parts and strut for set up
  • Load material onto and off of the conveyor, set up and run strut machines
  • Assist tech on loading and unloading completed parts
  • Verify by die prints that all parts match and requirements of the assembly are correct
  • Report strut usage on production reports
  • Cut samples and conduct shear tests, record, and store
  • What we are looking for:

    • Ability to follow written instructions and tracking information
    • Ability to make simple mathematical calculations
    • Ability to learn to recognize poor metal as related to finish or metal itself
    • High level of initiative
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds as well as 150 pounds team lift
