What You'll Do
As a Skilled Laborer / Carpenter, you'll be a key part of bringing homes and businesses back to life:
- Perform carpentry, framing, drywall, trim, demo, and general construction tasks
- Assist in water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration projects
- Work hands-on in residential and commercial environments
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery
- Collaborate with project leads, superintendents, and team members
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness and uphold high safety and quality standards
- Represent Rainbow Restoration with professionalism, respect, and integrity

- Ability to read blueprints, follow directions, and work independently

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in environments such as heights and crawlspaces
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
