- Assembly or production experience is a plus
- Comfortable with hand tools and equipment
- Follow step-by-step instructions and stay focused
- Assemble, pack, and prep products for shipping
- Meet daily production goals
- Inspect items and report problems
- Keep work areas clean and safe
- Lift up to 50 lbs while staying on your feet
- Be reliable - show up ready to work
