Part-Time Dining Room SupervisorColonial Hill Retirement Center - Johnson City, TNHours: 32-35 per weekSchedule: 1:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.; occasional weekends 11:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m.Education: High School DiplomaExperience: No experience requiredPosition Summary:We are looking for a friendly, organized Dining Room Supervisor to oversee daily dining room operations and support our wait staff.Responsibilities:* Seat residents/guests and assist with drink orders* Support wait staff during meal service* Work with the Dietary Manager to coordinate kitchen and dining room operations* Assist residents with menus and help tally weekly menus* Maintain resident meal sheets for billing* Create staff schedules and help cover shifts when needed* Handle resident concerns and report issues to the Administrator* Other duties as assignedAbout Us: Colonial Hill is an independent living retirement community with 63 apartments.
