RemoteVA PH is hiring a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide remote support and technical troubleshooting across various platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and RMM tools. This role requires a solid understanding of cloud platforms, scripting, and IT ticketing systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced virtual environment.
-Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants
-Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments
-Use NinjaRMM and ticketing tools (e.g., Gam Ninja) to monitor and resolve incidents
-Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization
-Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs
-Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and maintain high service standards
-Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base
