Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday (Flexible Hours)

Compensation: Commission Only $70K$200K+ potential

License: Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)

Once they request more information and complete a short recorded survey, our team is notified that they want to speak with us. From there, our agents reach out, schedule a quick appointment, and guide clients through their protection options. Theres no cold calling, no door knocking, and no selling to friends or familyevery lead is warm and pre?qualified.

Your Role

As a Remote Growth & Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Connect with warm, pre?qualified leads via phone or Zoom.
  • Help clients find mortgage protection coverage that fits their needs and budget.
  • Follow our proven virtual sales systemno guesswork involved.
  • Join daily Zoom training sessions (11?AM12?PM?EST) to sharpen your skills.
  • Set, track, and achieve personal income goals.
  • Stay coachable, communicative, and committed to growth.

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply feedback.
  • A current Life Insurance License (or readiness to complete a brief online course).
