Utilizes FedEx QDM methodologies to ensure departmental goals and objectives are met by supporting management with advanced problem solving, workload distribution, reporting and agent feedback.
High School/GED diploma required. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
Five years of FedEx Express Air Expedite experience required.
Strong Office 365 skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated problem solving, teamwork and human relations skills.
Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft 365 with experience in logistics, coordination, or planning; customs/brokerage a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service focus.
One Team Lead for each shift: Mon–Fri 7:00 am–3:30 pm CST, Tue–Sat 3:00 pm–11:30 pm CST, and Tue–Sat 11:00 pm–7:30 am CST; includes occasional overtime/weekends.
Pay Grade (SH27). Position not eligible for sponsorship.
