The Manager provides leadership and oversight of financial, operational, and human resource functions for Facilities Management Operations and the Associate Vice President of Operations. This role manages approximately 10 departmental budgets, reviews financial perfonnance, ensures compliance with university and state policies, and makes strategic recommendations to support departmental goals. The Manager also oversees HR functions for a workforce of about 200 employees, including approvals related to vacancies, stipends, audits, and hiring processes. Operating with a high level of independence, the Manager directs workflows, resolves complex issues, and ensures accountability across all areas of Operations Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, fiscal management, budgeting, and procurement practices.
