Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Act as a liaison between management, clients, and external vendors.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of correspondence and reports.
  • Implement and uphold office policies and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding of new staff members as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
