We operate multiple call centers nationwide, and job openings are available in Johnson City, TN and Sneedville, TN.

About the Role

The Customer Solutions Expert (CSE) is responsible for answering inbound calls from members needing roadside assistance (tire change, jump start, tow, etc.). The CSE arranges the needed service by selecting and dispatching a service provider, and provides customer care and follow‑up.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and determine customer needs through active listening.
• Ask essential probing questions to understand each customer's unique situation.
• Communicate via phone to external service providers to dispatch the correct service.
• Navigate company computer program and input information to locate each member and identify nearby service providers.
• Maintain a top‑10% production ranking among CSEs on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1‑year customer service experience in a call center.
• Good computer skills and accurate typing skills.
• Ability to multitask and use multiple screens and databases with ease.
• Exemplary performance, attendance, adherence and compliance record.
• Flexibility to work at least one day out of the weekend.

Schedule

The position operates on a mid‑shift schedule between 10 AM and 6:30 PM.
