Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee all maintenance repairs to ensure accuracy and long term results in a cost efficient manner. Monitor equipment and machinery to determine routine maintenance schedule and promote preventive maintenance programs. Establish or maintain preventative maintenance program for each piece of material handling and processing equipment. Determine appropriate levels of spare parts. Assist in the installation of new equipment and education of maintenance employees in the operation of such equipment.

Skills:

• 5+ years of electrician/maintenance mechanic
• Microsoft Products proficient
• ERP system experience
• Able to work in a high paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Life 20-50 pounds repetitively
• Bend, sit, stand, twist, and stoop for long periods
• 2-5 miles walking per shift
• 20/30 vision with corrective lenses
