Summary:
This position will further increase team member engagement by developing, planning, and implementing an innovative, child-focused program designed to connect the family members of our team members to the mission, vision, and values of Ballad Health.
Coordinator, Balladeer Children's Program position is a highly visible role internally and within our communities and therefore requires truly exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills in order to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
This position will coordinate with Human Resources and Marketing to create both small and large scale events throughout the region designed to appeal to team member children and families. Additionally, coordination with Marketing/Communication teams on utilizing all forms of program promotion including use of social media, video, and other technologies is necessary.
Database management of member demographical information and maintenance of program metrics for reporting and program evaluation is essential.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Management, Human Resources or in a related field of study is required. Previous experience in event planning and specifically in developing programming for children is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools required. Licenses and Certifications:

BLS recommended
