Summary:
The Managing Director, Ventures is responsible for technical leadership and management oversight for Ballad Ventures venture capital efforts. The position will collaborate with the broader health system, executives, and entrepreneurs to identify opportunities for investment and innovation.

Ballad Ventures is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ballad Health. Ballad Health is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 29 counties of Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, Western North Carolina, and Southeastern Kentucky.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an entrepreneurial setting at a healthcare company. Experience in a venture capital within the healthcare sector is strongly preferred.
