Lead/Solo Pastor Opportunity

The Alliance South District of the C&MA is seeking qualified Lead/Solo Pastor candidates for a modest-sized congregation in eastern Tennessee. Interested candidates must:

• Be in agreement with the C&MA statement of faith and Alliance polity
• If not currently holding Alliance credentials, meet standards for accreditation in the Alliance
• Be committed to exegetical preaching
• Be complementarian in their understanding of gender roles
• Be conservative in their evangelical perspective
• Have ten years of pastoral experience
