Population Health Analyst role at Healthlink Advisors. The Population Health Analyst supports design, build, and maintenance of Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose tools for population health management, care coordination, and quality improvement.

Compensation: Hourly W2 up to $90/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain registries, measures, dashboards, and program logic in Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose
• Translate clinical and program requirements into Epic configuration specifications
• Support technical implementation of care management programs, quality tracking, and risk stratification tools
• Collaborate with application analysts, data/reporting teams, and clinical stakeholders to align build with operational goals
• Test, validate, and troubleshoot Epic functionality tied to population health and care coordination programs

Qualifications

Epic Healthy Planet certification, Epic Compass Rose certification, 3+ years Epic application build or clinical program support experience, expertise in configuring registries, measures, dashboards, and care programs in Epic, understanding of population health workflows and quality program requirements, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and data integrity, collaborative across technical and clinical teams, bachelors degree in public health, health informatics, nursing, or related field, familiarity with value-based care programs and clinical reporting is a plus.
