Your Role as a Clinical Rehabilitation Coordinator

• Develop a business census aligned with strategic goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships in your territory, emphasizing face-to-face interactions.
• Facilitate a smooth referral-to-admission process.
• Educate communities, referral sources, and physicians about our programs and services.
• Conduct market analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Address and overcome admission challenges while ensuring follow-ups on admissions.
• Deliver in-services and presentations about our services and positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications for Success

• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record as per company policy.
• Current state clinical licensure and CPR certification are required.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience is ideal.
• Experience in nurse liaison roles or healthcare sales is highly desirable.
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare operations and legal frameworks, along with market trends, is essential.
